The IDC Staff Internship will get you qualified to teach Assistant Instructors and support Course Directors in their IDCs. It is also the next step on your PADI career ladder.
The IDCS course itself is a 2-day program that teaches you how to evaluate the performance of PADI Instructor Level courses.
It prepares you to evaluate, justify, explain and coach/supervise presentations in the areas of knowledge development, confined water and open water.
After you are ready to handle the evaluation criteria, you will have the opportunity to choose between the two options CORE or DELUXE IDCS.
