PAYMENT AND CANCELATION TERMS

To provide a better booking experience, make sure you have read our Payment and Booking terms.

DAY TRIP / DIVE COURSES CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will always do our utmost to accommodate any changes. However, as we do incur costs, we will need to charge you a cancellation fee should you not cancel within the window below. If you need to cancel a day trip or dive courses this is how you can get hold of us:

  • Cancellations received 48 hours before the start of the trip, will be charged 50% of the agreed price.
  • Cancellations received within 24 hours before the start of the trip will be charged 100% of the agreed price.
  • Deposits for PADI Digital manuals and PADI eLearning access are 100% non-refundable. However, should you
  • not be able to complete your course with Blue Season Bali you can use these manuals along with the PADI Certification at any PADI Dive Centre world-wide.
  • Refunds cannot be given to guests canceling on the day due to sickness; Blue Season Bali will however, happily reschedule guests diving services for another day. (extra charges may occur)

OVERNIGHT PACKAGE CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel a dive service that includes accommodation, please notify us at least two weeks prior to your trip via email. For packages taking place during the high season (July until October and Christmas / New Year) the policy is to notify us at least one month prior to your trip.

  • In case of hotel bookings, Blue Season Bali will maintain the same policy as the hotels.
  • Day trips and dive courses will be charged for as above.

BLUE SEASON BALI DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Guests missing the departure time of vessels due to late arrival at the pickup point. Guests who miss the departure time of the vessel will not be able to join the program on that day.
  • Canceled diving services due to bad weather, unsafe conditions or government-imposed lockdown. Blue Season Bali withholds the right to refuse diving services if the conditions are unsafe for diving.
  • Lost or stolen diving equipment or personal luggage. Although Blue Season Bali is happy to wash and store guest’s equipment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or theft whilst in our care. Personal valuables should be kept in the hotel safe, or the lockers provided at Blue Season Bali
  • Canceling dives during the day due to ill health or tiredness. Guests not wanting to complete their total allocated number of dives will not be refunded. For example, if a guest books two dives and only wishes to complete one dive.

PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIPS PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This section is an explanation of Blue Season Bali policies for payment and cancellation regarding Dive Pro Internship Programs. Payment Information is provided in the “How to pay Blue Season Bali” section below. Internship Propositions are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total internship shall be paid by the Candidate in order to confirm the booking. At this point, Blue Season Bali will organize the necessary transfers, accommodation, materials, and other arrangements required to run the program. E-learning codes will only be sent after the deposit payment has been received.

The Candidate must pay the balance as agreed upon and referred to in the program invoice. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price in IDR at the time of booking shall be honored unless the program dates change.

Unless other arrangements are made, the balance is due on the first day of the program. If, for any reason, the Candidate does not make the final payment, Blue Season Bali reserves the right to withhold services to the Candidate. Payments are only valid for the program referred to in the proposition. Once the internship program has started, the candidate will not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation.

Blue Season Bali reserves the right to withhold certifications or applications, and or immediately suspend any Candidate for non-payment, or any balance due.

Rescheduling

Blue Season Bali will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes in schedules. However, rescheduling will be at Blue Season Bali’s discretion. The Candidate is allowed to ask to change the program dates at any time up to 30 days before the program original starting date. Within 30 days of the scheduled program start, charges may apply and will be communicated to the candidate asap (price changes, third-party costs, accommodation min IDR 4 million, ...).

Cancellation

The Candidate will be entitled to cancel the internship at any time until 30 days before the start of the program. In this event, the individual will not be entitled to a refund of the 30% deposit. If the program has been paid for in full, then a 70% refund shall be reimbursed minus bank transfers, exchange rates differences and/or any other administration fees.

HOW TO PAY BLUE SEASON BALI:

Before making payment to Blue Season Bali please ensure you have read the relevant cancellation policy above.

In order for us to track your payment we require you to send us a copy/screenshot of the bank transfer slip for the payment. This should be emailed/WhatsApp to us.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the agreed program shall be paid in order to confirm the booking. At this point Blue Season Bali shall put in place all transfers, accommodation, materials, and other items required to run the program.

When you pay via a bank transfer, please ensure that you ask for “Full Payment Guarantee” from your bank to ensure that we receive the full amount. We do not take responsibility for international bank transfer fees and currency exchange losses.

PayPal

After you sign in to your PayPal account please use the following email address on the send payment page: accounts@blueseasonbali.com . We can also send you a payment request via Paypal. Please ask for it.

For PayPal payments there is a 4.6% administration charge. We will confirm the amount received as soon as we have it in our account.

Credit Card Link

We are capable of generating a credit card-compatible payment link for you through the use of a platform (DoKu). A 2.6% surcharge will be included. Option 4 (Kartu Kredit) will be displayed on the link; the remaining options do not apply to international transfers. It should be noted that certain credit card companies do not offer support for this particular payment method.

Onsite

Once in Bali you are welcome to pay your balance with credit card or in cash. We do not charge a credit card surcharge. Please note that we cannot accept American Express., Credit card payments are taken in Indonesian Rupiah . The exchange rate is set by your bank and is not negotiable.

If you would like to pay in cash, we accept IDR, USD and most foreign currencies. The exchange rate is set at the buy rate. For the best exchange rates – we suggest exchanging foreign currencies at a bank or registered foreign exchange companies in Bali.
